Additional Information

  • The rental fee varies on the day of the week you hold your event. Included in the rental fee, Expo Events will provide the use of the following equipment:
  • (16) 66 round tables (seats up to 10 people)
  • (5) 6 long x 30 wide banquet style tables (head table, serving table, etc.)
  • (128) white garden style resin folding chairs
  • White or black linens
  • MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
  • Depending on the desired layout and seating arrangement of your event, we can accommodate up to 350 people.
  • HOW MANY HOURS DOES THE RENTAL FEE COVER? IS THERE AN OVERTIME CHARGE?
  • You will have use of the facility from 8am to 12am. After that time period we give the client one extra hour for cleaning and load out, asking that everything be vacated from the venue by 1am. There is an overtime fee of $150 per hour and begins after 1am.
  • DO YOU HAVE AN IN-HOUSE CATERER OR CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD?
  • At this time, the Expo Event Center does not have an in-house caterer. We can provide you with a preferred list of caterers or you do have the option of bringing in your own caterer for a small additional fee.
  • ARE CANDLES OR OTHER OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE?
  • No. Open flames are strictly prohibited inside the venue. The Expo Event Center has a strict no smoking policy.
  • AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE CLEANING?
  • All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All of the tables should be cleared, with only the linens remaining. The kitchen and bar area should be free of food and beverages. After all trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the dumpster provided on the property.
  • WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO RESERVE THE VENUE FOR MY EVENT?
  • In order to secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. 30 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is due.
  • CANCELLATIONS
  • If you cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeit. You are welcome to choose another date if available, but will be charged a fee to do so. The Expo Event Center is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and will use its judgment and handle each case accordingly.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any cancellations made over the phone or voicemail will not be accepted.
