The RiverGrille 30 Qt. Turkey Fryer comes with a 12 in. deep fry thermometer and a turkey stand with hook. The timer will automatically shut off the gas flow to prevent overheating. Tip guards will prevent the fryer from tipping off the stand. The fryer is certified to the latest CSA testing standards.
